Beauty Mark always strives to ensure that each and every client has an enjoyable, relaxing, personalized and unique experience. By adhering to the policies detailed below, all of our guests will be able to enjoy the very exclusive, appointment-only Beautique that is Beauty Mark.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Beauty Mark understands that sometimes life happens and appointments can be missed. Our cancellation policy is designed to fairly ensure that each client is seen at the correct time and that clients on our wait lists can be accommodated in the event of a cancellation. Without timely notice, we are unable to fill last-minute cancellation appointments and thus must associate a fee. Due to extremely high demand we ask that all clients adhere to these guidelines so that we may provide the highest level of service. Time is very valuable to all of us and respecting each others' time is key in maintaining a healthy client/service provider relationship.
For appointments lasting less than 90 minutes, 24 hours of notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations same-day or "no-shows" will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service and a deposit must be placed in order to book the next service.
For appointments other than micro blading or permanent makeup lasting longer than 90 minutes, 48 hours of notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations less than 48 hours for these appointments will be subject to loss of deposit placed. If a deposit was not placed a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled services will apply. Cancellations 24 hours or less for these appointments are considered no-shows and will be charged the full amount of the service.
Microblading Cancellations and No-Shows
Please allow 48 hours or more notice when rescheduling your appointment. Microblading and permanent makeup deposit are NON-REFUNDABLE if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time or if you reschedule with less than 48 hours notice. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your Microblading/permanent makeup deposit. All Microblading/permanent makeup deposits are 50% and non-refundable.
Beauty Mark understands the value of each one of our clients' personal time. We strongly advise arriving 15-20 minutes early to allow adequate time to get familiar with the area/parking and if there needs to be the proper paperwork filled out prior to your service. We also understand that minor setbacks can often occur that can put some of our guests behind schedule.
Because of this, we allow a maximum 15 minute window of time to account for delay or tardiness to appointments lasting longer than 30 minutes. Delay any longer than 15 minutes will result in the service(s) needing to be rescheduled. ***These will be considered cancellations and the cancellation policy will apply.
Due to the exclusive nature of Beauty Mark and our specialties, a deposit is often required to secure an appointment reservation. Deposit amounts vary based on the service requested and are required to ensure that the scheduled appointment is taken seriously by the client and to protect our providers in the event of a no-show of a lengthy appointment. Deposits will be required for Bridal Party Services, Permanent Makeup, Eyelash Extensions, Eyebrow Extensions, Microblading, Keratin Smoothing Treatments and any other appointments lasting longer than 2 hours.
For Microblading/Permanent Makeup, a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due immediately upon booking Deposits will be charged to the credit card provided upon booking your appointment. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your MICROBLADING/PERMANENT MAKEUP appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session. The remaining balance will be charged the day of your appointment. We allow a minimum of 48 hours if you need to reschedule your appointment, however, cancellations result in forfeiting your deposit.
If the client "NO SHOWS" the artist, they automatically forfeit their deposit AS WELL AS owe the remaining balance of that service, and may be subject to a charge on the credit card on file.
We at Beauty Mark are proud of our ability to give a private, personalized experience for each and every guest. Our clients, in turn, have certain expectations of our establishment in regards to the ability to relax and "get away from stress" at their own personal Beauty Mark getaway.
Due to the serene nature of our Beautique, limited space and for the privacy of our clients, we kindly ask that our clients bring no more than 1 additional person to an appointment. Please no children or pets allowed.
Full Beautique Reservations
Beauty Mark offers full reservation for special occasions, bridal parties etc. Our beautique is a perfect spot to host a class for your friends or get togethers while also getting services done. Bring your own champagne and snacks and enjoy a beautiful setting with fun and GLAM! Ask about reserving our location for your next special occasion!
