 Beauty Mark always strives to ensure that each and every client has an enjoyable, relaxing, personalized and unique experience. By adhering to the policies detailed below, all of our guests will be able to enjoy the very exclusive, appointment-only Beautique that is Beauty Mark.


**In the event that you may sick are exposed to someone who is sick in these unprecedented times, you need to reschedule your appointment  ALL CANCELLATION FEES WILL BE WAIVED. Last minute cancellations/ rescheduling are encouraged to call 240-479-4904 and leave a message or email



Beauty Mark accepts all major credit cards, debit cards and cash. No checks or money orders.


A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required in order to reserve and confirm your appointment. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session the remaining balance will be charged on the day of your appointment.




Beauty Mark understands that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, however, our procedures need their allocated time to get the best result possible, we cannot rush it.  Also, please keep in mind that lateness effects the timely flow of our day and causes delays for other clients scheduled.  We strongly advise arriving 15-20 minutes early to allow adequate time to get familiar with the area/parking and if there needs to be the proper paperwork filled out prior to your service. We also understand that minor setbacks can often occur that can put some of our guests behind schedule.

If you arrive 15 minutes or later you will forfeit the appointment & non-refundable deposit. It will be necessary to reschedule, in which case you will be required to pay a $100 re-booking fee prior to booking a future appointment.  

If a situation occurs where our schedule allows for flexibility, we may be able to accommodate your appointment at our discretion.  




Beauty Mark understands that sometimes life happens and appointments can be missed. Our cancellation policy is designed to fairly ensure that each client is seen at the correct time and that clients on our wait lists can be accommodated in the event of a cancellation. Without timely notice, we are unable to fill last-minute cancellation appointments.

The time allotted for each service is designed to for efficiency, great results as well as outstanding customer service/experience– which are important to us.  Please notify us of any changes at your earliest convenience.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, a 48 hour notice is required. We ask that you please call us at 240-479-4904 or email us at If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours, you will forfeit your booking deposit and will be required to pay an additional $100 re-booking fee prior to booking a future appointment.


Payment in advance may be required for those with a history of no-shows or canceled appointments without 48-hours advance notice.


We have a zero-tolerance policy for clients that do not show up to their appointment.  Whether it’s a new client session, a complimentary touch-up session or a regular touch-up/enhancement session, you will automatically forfeit your non-refundable deposit and will be required to pay an additional $150 re-booking fee prior to booking any future appointment.



At Beauty Mark, we are proud of our ability to give a private, personalized experience for each and every guest. Our clients come in to relax and we do not want to compromise their experience and privacy.  Therefore, we kindly ask that you bring no more than 1 additional person to an appointment, if necessary. Please NO CHILDREN OR PETS ALLOWED.  Also due to the nature of the services we offer, bringing children or animals to our establishment is dangerous and we have a zero-tolerance policy.



Should there be inclement weather and you are unable/unwilling to travel to your appointment, we understand.  Safety come first!  We will WAIVE OUR CANCELLATION FEE and reschedule for a later time.



They are not necessary but are appreciated :-) 


  • You must complete all consent forms sent to you via email or Vagaro at the time of booking.

  • You must read and follow Pre-Care/Post-Care Instructions carefully and thoroughly.

  • If you have a serious medical condition and require certain medications, you will be required to bring a doctor’s note stating the condition and the clearance to proceed with the procedure.

  • Once a service has been rendered, it is the clients responsibility to ensure that they have taken proper care of their investment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse and undertake any cosmetic permanent makeup procedure if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe to the client at our discretion.

BEAUTY MARK is fully committed to the health and safety of every client. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to our policies. By booking your appointment with BEAUTY MARK, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these guidelines.  Thank you for your support and we look forward to being apart of your beauty journey.


There will be no exceptions to our policies.  BEAUTY MARK reserves the right to refuse service to those who do not follow our terms and conditions at our discretion.
